Cancellation & Rescheduling.
No cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.
Please provide 48 hr’s notice if you need to reschedule your brow appointment. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancelation fee which is 50% of the scheduled service. This must be paid within 24 hrs of the missed appointment.
Less than 24hrs and same day cancellations will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled treatments cost. This must be paid within 24hrs - a new booking cannot be made unless this payment is made.

Appointment Policy.
Blink Lab reserves the right to move, modify or cancel any and all appointments made. You will be notified of any changes that are made to your appointment within 24hrs notice of your appointment times.
Booking Deposit.
All services booked must place a 50% deposit in order to book their upcoming service. The remaining 50% is to be paid at your appointment. All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable within 48 hours.
